-Then , this digital data is transferred to our crown designing software: CAD (Computer assisted Designing). The CAD ensures precision and perfection.

-The digital design of the crowns is now transferred to our CAM machine (Computer assisted Milling) which prepares the crowns with its robotic arms , resulting in an accuracy of 10 microns .

-The digital data after the intra-oral scan is fed into the 3D Dental Printer and a physical replica of the teeth and the surrounding tissues is obtained.

-To match the shade of the crown with the adjacent teeth, we use a digital shade guide , which gives precise and reproducible shade within seconds. Thus , making the crowns aesthetically perfect.

-Thus,there is no human touch involved in the whole digital and computerised process.

-Temporary crowns are given immediately when needed , specifically in anterior region.
